By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.

Dispatch times may vary according to availability and subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible.

Hot Shots Java does not view or retain any payment information given when purchasing from our website. All transactions are completed securely through PayPal and are subject to PayPal's terms and conditions.

Refund/Cancellation Policy

To cancel your order, you must contact us within 24 hours. To return or exchange your order, you must contact us and send the product back within 7 days of receipt. Products must be in original, unopened condition to receive a refund. Upon our receipt of the product, we will verify condition and send an email confirming your refund. All returns are subject to a 25% restock fee. Customer is responsible for all return shipping fees involved.
